How to Enter:

Entries can only be submitted by using the FTP upload system:

Images should be submitted in a separate folder for each category - eg: JSMITH NEWS or JSMITH ROYAL etc

Images should be named JSMITH NEWS 01, JSMITH NEWS 02 etc

File Entry Requirements
An automated system will be used to produce the galleries, therefore please follow these instructions:

Photographs should be sized at : 2048px longest side saved at 1-2Mb (Lightroom 70% and/or Photoshop 8).

Caption field to be limited to 180 characters per image.

Photographer Name/Agency or publication should be entered on a separate line
beneath the caption (in the same field).

No personal details please (phone number, email address) or usage instructions.

The editors reserve the right to alter files that do not follow with the above requirements to
comply with the conditions
Category winners may be asked at a later date to provide hi-res files.
